Ebay, woe is me.

I lost a fantastic 3 piece Santa Anita ware set...it's tragic. I wanted it so...

Rescue me!

Rescued from the neighbor's trash...I think I'll paint them high-gloss white and find some great cushions.
First, I must repair the wrapping on one of the arms.

Rescued/purchased from MFP. Going to a friend's collection. I just couldn't leave it there. I didn't have the heart.
Anyone want to buy these? Two identical vintage faux leopard print lamps.

I went back to MFP about a week later and they couldn't find the plates, but they took my number. Two hours later...I owned the plates.
The square platter is my first ebay experience with my new obsession.

The plates were a little hard to place in my house, so I hung them on the wall. I really like them on the wall.

So it begins...I am now addicted to 1950s pottery made in California. This is a vintage Santa Anita tray that I found at My Favorite Place in Chamblee, Georgia.

Now that I am under the spell I can't help but look for it wherever I go.

I found two matching dinner plates by Sascha Brastoff the same day. I didn't buy them that day. MISTAKE!
